Meet Our Yoga Instructor, Sara Hinkston, of Better Body Yoga. 

 

Sara is a wife and mom to 3 boys and finds that Yoga brings her clarity, focus, confidence, and spiritual growth.  

Her favorite class to teach is a Vinyasa Flow Class. She loves how it incorporates the components of cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility into practice. 

Her highest hope is that you walk away from her class feeling renewed and ready to take on whatever comes your way. Knowing and trusting the universe has your back.

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses. It's one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. Sometimes called "Vinyasa Flow Yoga," this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures.

Our Yoga practice helps improve your core strength, mobility and flexibility. Plus, it's relaxing, fun, and great for beginners and experienced alike. 

You do NOT have to be a member of the CrossFit gym to participate in our Yoga classes.

Classes are currently held on Sunday afternoons from 1-2pm
