Fort Harrod CrossFit is the first and only elite CrossFit training facility in Harrodsburg, Kentucky.
Located in 'The Warehouse' at 505 Cogar Avenue, Fort Harrod CrossFit is not your standard gym. We have no ellipticals, no smoothie bar, no mirrors, and no excuses!!! Instead, we offer small group classes of high-intensity interval training led by a certified trainer who will teach and motivate you to perform at your best.

CrossFit-101/On-Ramp Class (CrossFit for beginners)
Fort Harrod CrossFit requires all athletes who are new to CrossFit, to take the “CrossFit-101” course (also known as "On-Ramp"). CrossFit-101 is an introduction to the basic movements of CrossFit and the exercises used during a WOD (Workout Of the Day). Each class will end with a WOD that incorporates the movements just learned. The CrossFit-101 course is a great way to become familiar with CrossFit while in a relaxed environment. The CrossFit-101 class must be completed before an athlete is allowed to participate in a regularly scheduled WOD.
------The CrossFit-101 class will meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm for approximately 2 weeks.-----
