Fort Harrod CrossFit is the first and only elite CrossFit training facility in Harrodsburg, Kentucky.
Located in 'The Warehouse District' at 505 Cogar Avenue, Fort Harrod CrossFit is not your standard gym. We have no ellipticals, no smoothie bar, no mirrors, and no excuses!!! Instead, we offer small group classes of high-intensity interval training led by a certified trainer who will teach and motivate you to perform at your best.

On-Ramp Class (for beginners)
Fort Harrod CrossFit requires all athletes who are new to CrossFit, to take the “On-Ramp” course. This class is an introduction to the basic movements of CrossFit and the exercises used during a Workout Of the Day (WOD). Each beginner class will end with a workout that incorporates the movements just learned in that class. The On-Ramp course is a great way to become familiar with CrossFit while in a relaxed environment. The On-Ramp class must be completed before an athlete is allowed to participate in a regularly scheduled WOD.
------The length of the On-Ramp class varies depending on how many are attending at the time. The class could last anywhere from several days to 2 weeks.-----
